Provide technical leadership and “T-shaped individual” knowledge with depth in the PLM/ALM area (currently consisting of but not limited to Dassault 3DExperience, Siemens COMOS platforms). Prior Application support experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership/guidance to both internal and external (vendor, consultant, or MSP) team members on support and configuration of applications in his/her domain
• Able to serve as a contributing team member on a capability team (e.g. Scrum team) for support and enhancement work
• Able to translate business requirements into appropriately defined product increments for the applications in his/her domain
• Able to perform hands-on/day to day application troubleshooting and support when necessary
• Participate on project/SWI teams, architecture discussions, and data/integration work efforts

Skills:

• Previous experience installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting server-based applications
• Previous experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database, Microsoft IIS technologies
• Working knowledge of data sources/interfaces related to PLM/ALM platforms at ExxonMobil
• Working knowledge of software and API development
• Work/code management in Microsoft TFS and Git a plus

Strongly Preferred:

• Dassault 3DExperience Enovia and Exalead are the 2 products
