Studenttimes Staffing Solutions is a professional recruitment agency that specializes in providing permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing solutions, for both full-time jobs and part-time job. Offices in Mississauga | Brantford | Cambridge – Ontario, Canada.
We are hiring both male and female temps for the packaging job for one of our clients in the city of Arthur.
Job responsibilities:
- Manually pack meat and poultry products onto the tray for packaging
- Monitor quality of food products and packaging material
- Keep up to production line speeds
- Lifting and carrying the merchandise as needed.
- Inspect merchandise upon delivery to identify any damages.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with the packaging of meat products
- Able to work with repetitive tasks in a cool environment
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and handling weight minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to follow and comprehend detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (work permit, applied status, permanent resident or citizen)
