Java Developer Level 2 | Onsite | Cincinnati, OH (Contract-to-Hire)

We’re looking for a Java Developer (Level 2) to join our Merchandising & Supply Chain – Warehousing Engineering team in Cincinnati, Ohio (onsite 5 days/week).

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity working on high-impact warehouse and supply chain integration solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Developing and enhancing a new Azure-based integration service
• Integrating with Manhattan MAWM SaaS (TMS, WMS, LMS systems)
• Supporting warehouse, transportation, yard, and labor management solutions
• Contributing to backend-heavy development using Java & Spring
• Occasionally supporting frontend enhancements in Angular

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of Developers, DevOps Engineers, Analysts, and a Tech Lead — strong team culture with growth opportunities. Open to strong mid-level or growth-focused junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java & Spring Framework
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud integration patterns
• Working knowledge of Angular (v10+)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Supply chain / logistics systems
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Claims processing workflows

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Must be local to Blue Ash/Cincinnati/Dayton/NKY areas)

Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days/week
