Junior Engineer – Night Shift

Join our client’s 24×7 Operations Team supporting enterprise and managed service environments. The Junior Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing client infrastructure across virtual, cloud, and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Windows Servers
  • Support virtualization & hypervisor environments
  • Manage backup, replication & vulnerability remediation
  • Follow ITIL v3 incident, change & problem management processes
  • Provide technical escalation & Service Desk mentorship
  • Perform security incident response & environment health checks

Required Experience:

✔ 4+ years enterprise/managed services IT experience
✔ Microsoft 365 (Intune, Azure AD, Exchange)
✔ Windows Server administration
✔ Backup & replication technologies
✔ Virtualization support
✔ Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundations, Server+, Network+, A+
