Product Manager Level 2 – Onsite in Cincinnati, OH

Join a fast-moving eCommerce fulfillment team powering pickup, Instacart, DoorDash, and operations. We’re building a platform that handles order submission, selection, and routing, with a focus on operational reporting, process optimization, and demand forecasting.

As our Product Manager, you’ll own the product lifecycle, from vision to delivery, ensuring we meet customer satisfaction and business goals. You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, ops, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
• Define and measure key product metrics for operational and customer impact
• Translate complex ML, data, and technical constraints into clear business value
• Lead requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and agile delivery planning
• Break down complex initiatives into actionable projects, features, and experiments
