Studenttimes Staffing Solutions is a professional recruitment agency that specializes in providing permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing solutions, for both full-time jobs and part-time job. Offices in Mississauga | Brantford | Cambridge – Ontario, Canada.

A customer service administrative assistant is responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries and concerns, alongside performing administrative tasks as required. This is a key role in a complex, multi-national organization and is best suited for individuals with experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial professional services environment.

Responsibilities:-

  • Process customers’ education orders and exams, and related administrative activities
  • Facilitate excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and emails
  • Direct incoming queries and sales leads to the appropriate stakeholder
  • Update the CRM database (MS Dynamics) with information about course attendees, orders, and notes on all customer interactions
  • Communicate as required with registered students/customers to facilitate a smooth, high quality education experience
  • Assist customers with technical support for online and virtual courses, and online exam writing
  • Process e-newsletter subscriptions; update the database with un-deliverables.

Qualifications:-

  • Post-secondary education; diploma or certificate in business or office administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar multi-faceted customer service role, preferably in a service office environment
  • Strong team spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multitasks of varying complexity
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong business thinker who understands the importance of customer service excellence and its links to revenue generation and customer retention
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to take the initiative to complete tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong and effective data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and must have excellent phone and email manners.
