We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience in a warehouse environment for one of our clients located in the city of Brantford.
Job Requirement:
- A University degree or College Diploma and equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience in a warehouse environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Excellent Organizational skills and attention to details
- Able to speak, read and write English
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of shipping/receiving documentation, vendor records, and customer payment
- Responsible for all aspect of inventory management including preparation, execution, and reconciliation of cycle count processes
- Respond to internal and external customer warehouse-related needs and inquiries
- Responsible for general administration work, including staff attendance records and ordering supplies
- Liaise with suppliers and the Inventory and Logistics team to schedule in-bound and out-bound shipments for the warehouse
- Daily update of open order report
- Other responsibilities as assigned
