Studenttimes Staffing Solutions is a professional recruitment agency that specializes in providing permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing solutions, for both full-time jobs and part-time job. Offices in Mississauga | Brantford | Cambridge – Ontario, Canada.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that will increase revenue, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and networking events
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and objectives
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of recruitment services to clients
- Track and report on sales metrics and business development activities to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the recruitment landscape to remain competitive in the market
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the recruitment industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with clients
- Must have own transport
