YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicating with customers through various channels (email and telephone);
Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries/complaints;
Knowledge of service offerings to best assist the customers;
Keeping records of customer interactions through available software;
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
Work with sales representatives and other colleagues daily to provide the utmost service to customers.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required
Strong understanding of details
Ability to maintain a calm approach when dealing with customers
Comfortable using multiple systems and phone calls
Ability to work independently or with other representatives
Good interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to juggle several tasks at once
Detailed knowledge of the operations
Good listening skills
