A marketing coordinator implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.
Responsibilities:-
- Maintain the company’s pricing and product files (for Canada)
- Communicate and coordinate price and product changes with the branches, inventory management and suppliers
- Produce marketing brochures and price lists for dealer network
- Assist in development of company website redesign
- Coordinate various trade show participation
- Resolve Purchase Order and invoice cost discrepancies when required
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in dealing with pricing and market driven pricing data
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry or agricultural products is a huge asset
- Previous experience in marketing is an asset
- Experience in inventory and costing is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry skills and proficient using MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Access at an intermediate level
