Studenttimes Staffing Solutions is a professional recruitment agency that specializes in providing permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing solutions, for both full-time jobs and part-time job. Offices in Mississauga | Brantford | Cambridge – Ontario, Canada.
Receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them properly. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, and proactively listen to customer needs and advise on best product fit.
- Inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone and email.
- Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer requests and of calls received.
- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support.
- Research customer’s financial accounts, and process invoices accordingly.
- Manage account list and proactively develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM.
- Enter customer orders into system.
- Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met.
- Develop and add value to the relationships with our customers.
- Generate, facilitate, and improve sales opportunities.
- Prepare information and package product inquiry responses.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Manage office supplies and stock.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of prior customer service/inside sales experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable phone manners and email etiquette.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Self-starter and detail oriented
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, hardworking.
- Work in a team and contribute to building the culture of the company
Education:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Formal sales and customer service training an asset
