Job Description

Studenttimes Staffing Solutions is a professional recruitment agency that specializes in providing permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing solutions, for both full-time jobs and part-time job. Offices in Mississauga | Brantford | Cambridge – Ontario, Canada.

Receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them properly. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  •  Welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, and proactively listen to customer needs and advise on best product fit.
  •  Inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone and email.
  • Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer requests and of calls received.
  • Manage various office files and provide general office filing support.
  • Research customer’s financial accounts, and process invoices accordingly.
  • Manage account list and proactively develop sales opportunities.
  • Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM.
  • Enter customer orders into system.
  • Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met.
  • Develop and add value to the relationships with our customers.
  • Generate, facilitate, and improve sales opportunities.
  • Prepare information and package product inquiry responses.
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
  • Manage office supplies and stock.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior customer service/inside sales experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable phone manners and email etiquette.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
  • Self-starter and detail oriented
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  •  Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
  • Organized, autonomous, resourceful, hardworking.
  • Work in a team and contribute to building the culture of the company

Education:

  •  High school graduation or equivalent
  • Formal sales and customer service training an asset
