Massage Therapy, Hairstyling, Ayurveda, and PSW to Canadian and International students. It is located at the intersection of Steeles Avenue and Torbram Rd in the city of Brampton ON. We offer benefits after completion of 6 months probation with full contribution to the group plan from us.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit, qualify and enroll new students into
    our college programs. This will be done by telephone and email prospecting through contact
    and follow-up with potential students; recruiting new students. You will also be required to
    maintain regular data entry in the college CRM system
  • Provide consultative sales approach – accurately assessing prospective student objectives and
    needs and creating a value driven solution for the student
  • Prospect potential students with enthusiasm through a proven system of direct marketing,
    telephone and e-mail communications
  • Identify and prioritize high potential student enrolment opportunities
  • Targeted and effective lead conversion of prospective students interested in diploma and
    certificate programs
  • Respond to telephone or email inquiries with great professionalism and a pleasant, friendly
    manner professionally
  • Meeting monthly or annual enrolment targets
  • Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage prospective student leads and
    inquiries
  • Booking and co-ordinating school tours for prospective students
  • Interviewing and counselling prospective students and converting prospective students into
    enrollments
  • Give presentations to prospective students at various events
  • Lead generation through networking and sourcing: attend job fairs, make visits to newcomer
    centres, immigration agencies, employment agencies, etc to recruit students
  • Follow-up on leads provided by college in a team or independently
  • Assisting in recruitment strategy and implementation for various programs
  • Manage the social media inquiries, including creating and responding to posts, comments
  • Organize student orientations
  • Assist with marketing/social media as required
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director

Requirements:

  • Minimum -2 years of experience in a sales role with proven track record of meeting or
    exceeding targets
  • Prior experience in a sales position in the Private Career College industry would be preferred
  • Exceptional communication (oral & written), presentation and public speaking
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Sound knowledge of Internet and ability to create Email Promotional Campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of effectively managing the sales funnel , prioritization of sales leads ,
    tracking and enaging leads and timely conversion of leads
  • Self motivated and results oriented with a strong sales aptitude
  • High energy, self – disciplined with high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and with the team

Qualifications

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Degree with Sales Specialization
  • Minimum two (2) year of experience in a sales related position or occupation.
  • Private career college Admissions Experience 1-2 years (preferred)
  • Weekend availability
  • A valid driver’s License and reliable vehicle
